Our team
The climbers and guides who lead our expeditions, and the people who keep everything behind them running.
People who grew up here
Our guides come from the valleys where your trek begins — Pangboche beneath Ama Dablam, Taplejung in the shadow of Kanchenjunga. Many started as porters, carrying loads over the same passes you'll cross, and worked their way up to leading expeditions. It's a route that takes years, and it's why the people guiding you know these mountains from the ground up rather than the summit down.
Between them the team holds IFMGA certification, multiple 8,000-metre summits, and decades of time above the snowline. But what matters on a trek is smaller than that: knowing which teahouse has the warmest stove, reading when a weather window is closing, and noticing the moment someone needs to slow down before they say so. Our group sizes stay well below the permitted limit, so the person leading your rope also knows your name.
