Detailed Expedition Itinerary

Days 1-3: Kathmandu Preparation

Arrival in Kathmandu, team briefing, permit processing, gear check, and final preparations. Visit Pashupatinath and Boudhanath for cultural immersion.

Days 4-9: Trek to Base Camp

Drive to Koto, trek through Dharamsala, Meta, and Phu village. Experience authentic Tibetan culture and stunning mountain views as we approach base camp.

Days 10-24: Acclimatization & Summit Push

Excellent physical fitness is essential. You should be comfortable with 8+ hour hiking days, have experience with technical climbing, and complete a rigorous training program 6 months prior.

How do you handle altitude sickness? +

Our itinerary includes proper acclimatization days, our guides are trained in altitude illness recognition, and we carry emergency oxygen and medications for all team members.

What insurance do I need? +
