  • Day 06: Acclimatization day at Phu Gaon

  • Day 07: Trek from Phu Gaon to Himlung Base Camp (4,800m / 15,748ft) (6–7 hours)

  • Day 08: Rest and acclimatization at Himlung Base Camp

  • Day 09: Climb to Camp 1 (5,450m / 17,880ft) (5–6 hours)
