How difficult is the Langtang Valley Trek?

What permits do I need?

You need a Langtang National Park entry permit and TIMS (Trekkers' Information Management System) card. Both are included in our package and arranged by our team.

What about altitude sickness?

The trek has gradual altitude gain with maximum sleeping altitude of 3,870m at Kyanjin Gompa. Our itinerary includes proper acclimatization. Our guides are trained in altitude sickness recognition and management.

What accommodation can I expect?

Accommodation is in comfortable teahouses with basic but clean rooms. Most have shared bathrooms. In Kathmandu, you'll stay at a 3-star hotel with private bathrooms and WiFi.

Do I need travel insurance?
