The trek has gradual altitude gain with maximum sleeping altitude of 3,870m at Kyanjin Gompa. Our itinerary includes proper acclimatization. Our guides are trained in altitude sickness recognition and management.
Accommodation is in comfortable teahouses with basic but clean rooms. Most have shared bathrooms. In Kathmandu, you'll stay at a 3-star hotel with private bathrooms and WiFi.
